Job summary

Agincare in Witney is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes, supporting daily tasks and medication with compassion.

You will mentor new team members, conduct spot checks to maintain high standards, and benefit from fully funded training and mileage paid.

We offer flexible full-time contracts, up to £14.70 per hour, and a pathway to career development within a growing, family-owned UK care provider.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months previous care experience.
• Good people skills and compassion.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
