Agincare is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality home care in Taunton. You will support clients in their own homes, mentor new team members, and conduct occasional spot checks to uphold standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of care experience, strong empathy, a full UK driving licence, and availability for 40 hours per week with flexible shifts. Sponsorship is not offered.

About the role:

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship
