Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care, helping clients stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, and medication support, while mentoring new staff and performing spot checks to uphold high standards.

The role offers fully funded training, flexible full-time contracts, and mileage reimbursement. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required, with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months care experience.
• Good people skills and compassion.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
