Job summary

Agincare Hazlemere Lodge Care Home in High Wycombe is seeking compassionate care professionals to deliver person-centred care and lead team activities. You will administer medications safely, support residents’ independence, and contribute to care plan reviews.

Experience with medication administration is essential, with Level 2 Health & Social Care or higher preferred. A caring, confident team player is needed; right to work in the UK for at least 12 months is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with medication administration is essential.

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3) is preferred.
• Strong compassionate care with dignity and independence for residents.
