Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is looking for a Home Care Assistant to help people stay independent and comfortable at home. You’ll assist with daily tasks, provide personal care and offer reassurance in a compassionate, patient manner.

We provide full, free training to QCF Level 5, ongoing career development, and flexible contracts. A full UK driving licence is required, with a mileage allowance and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Alternate weekend work required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months left on visa; no sponsorship available.
• No experience required.
• Full, free training and support up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily tasks at clients' homes to help them stay independent.
• Offer comfort, reassurance and companionship to improve wellbeing.
• Support with everyday activities and help maintain comfort and safety.
