Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Home Care Assistant to join our expanding family of caregivers. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks, mobility and medication, while promoting independence and comfort.

We offer fully funded professional training, flexible full-time contracts, and generous benefits including mileage payment, pension scheme, and referral bonuses. A valid UK driving licence and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months previous care experience
• Good people skills and compassion
• Full UK driving licence required
• Ability to work alternate weekends
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
