Agincare UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join the Newcastle-under-Lyme team. You’ll provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes and support independent living with dignity.

Role includes mentoring new team members, carrying out spot checks, and building strong relationships with clients and families. Flexible shifts, up to 40 hours/week, with driving required.

Formación

• Good empathy and people skills to support clients kindly.
• Minimum 12 months care experience with compassionate approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
