Job summary

Agincare Cordelia Care Home is seeking experienced care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and to lead a compassionate team. The role involves supervising care, administering medications, and contributing to care plans while coordinating engaging activities for residents.

We offer £13.46 per hour, a 36-hour per week contract with alternate weekends, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, and on-demand pay. Join us to make a meaningful difference in daily lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 1 x Days 36 hours per week contract, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
