Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Andover to provide high-quality personal and domestic care in clients’ homes. You will support fellow care workers, conduct spot checks, and build strong relationships with clients and families.

This is an ideal role for experienced carers looking to progress in the field. Benefits include fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, refer a friend scheme up to £1000, mileage paid, pensions, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am–10pm and alternating weekends.

About the role:

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
