Job summary

Agincare Cordelia Care Home in Fareham is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Join a caring, confident team that supports residents with dignity, independence, and daily living.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.46, a 36-hour/week contract with alternate weekends, funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, a pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 1 x 36 hours per week contract, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
• Helping residents live with comfort and joy in a place they call home.
