Job summary

Agincare Weymouth at Cordelia Care Home is seeking an experienced care professional to join our team. Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, independence and comfort in a home-like setting.

You will administer medication safely, contribute to and review care plans, and lead activities and outings. You will also support and guide colleagues, stepping up to maintain compassionate care every day.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).
• Level 2 Health & Social Care or working towards Level 3.
• Caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 1 x Nights 24 hours per week contract , including alternate weekends
• 1 x Days 36 hours per week contract , including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
