Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking an experienced care professional to join Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents with daily living, and help create a warm, homely atmosphere.

This full-time role requires 42 hours per week, night shifts 8pm–8am, and working alternate weekends. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, with Level 3 or progress towards it encouraged.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards is required.

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed

We're looking for:

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK
• NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification
• NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards
• Full time availability of 42 hours per week
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am (12 hours shifts)
• Required to work alternate weekends
