Job summary

Agincare Cordelia Care Home in Fareham is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support with personal care, dignity, and independence, administer medications safely, and contribute to care plans.

You will also lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement, while supporting and guiding teammates when needed. This is a role dedicated to making every day special for residents.
