Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant at Nightingale care home in England. No experience needed as full training is provided.

You will support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and social engagement, helping them live with comfort, dignity and joy. We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, on-demand pay, a company pension, Blue Light Card discounts, and refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.

Opportunities Available

• Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Care Assistant to work 42 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include working alternative weekends
• Night Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends
• Bank Care Assistant with the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
• Previous care home experience is required for this role
