Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Ferndown to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship. You will help with shopping, mobility, and encourage independence while building meaningful relationships.

We welcome applicants with a kind, caring attitude even without prior care experience. Flexible contracts are offered and on-demand pay is available to support your needs.

Qualifications

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

Youll bring

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
