About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant to work for our clients in Bournemouth on a temporary adhoc basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing hands‑on personal care
  • Leading/supervising care workers
  • Developing/reviewing care plans
  • Monitoring residents’ health
  • Administering medication (where trained)
  • Liaising with families and professionals
  • Organising activities, focusing on dignity, independence, and high‑quality, person‑centred support while taking on shift responsibilities
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Carer
  • An Enhanced Adult DBS (in date or on the update service)
  • Medication administration training & experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is preferred
  • Full Care Certificate
