Job summary

Certus Recruitment in Cambridge, UK, is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to drive GTM recruitment across the UK and Europe. You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement, build client relationships, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a professional recruitment role.
• GTM or tech recruitment experience is a bonus, not a requirement — passion for the space is what counts
• Strong organisational skills and a genuine understanding of what a well-run desk looks like
• A track record of delivering for clients and candidates, not just hitting activity metrics
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and hungry to grow
• Someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and raises the bar around them

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across GTM roles — Sales, Marketing, SDR, CS, RevOps and beyond
• Build and develop your own client relationships while supporting the wider team's business development efforts
• Deliver consistently across all aspects of the desk — resourcing, candidate engagement, business development, planning, and pipeline management
• Develop a deep understanding of the UK and European SaaS, AI, and tech landscape and the GTM talent within it
• Take ownership of your outcomes and hold yourself to a high standard — every day, not just when it suits
• Contribute to a team culture where everyone pulls their weight and genuinely enjoys the work

Who We're Looking For
