We've just launched Magic Insights (https://www.zint.io/platform-features/magic-insights), a groundbreaking product that deeply analyses companies to answer a sales rep's key discovery questions, allowing for highly targeted and intelligent prospecting. This is core to our vision: to provide deep, customer-centric research at a global scale, seamlessly embedded into sales and marketing workflows.

To spearhead the next phase of our growth, we're seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our ambitious team. This pivotal role is focused on strategic, high-impact outreach, leveraging your expertise to connect with key decision-makers and generate high-quality pipeline, supported by AI dialling technology to maximize your efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Master Zint's platform, including our innovative Magic Insights feature, to become a true product evangelist.
  • Strategically execute multi-touch outreach campaigns, with a strong emphasis on intelligent, high-volume calling using AI dialling technology to connect with key decision-makers in B2B sales teams within our target industries.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects across the SME and enterprise landscape, employing sophisticated qualification techniques.
  • Articulate the Zint value proposition with nuance and authority, highlighting how our data and insights solve critical prospecting challenges for sophisticated sales organizations.
  • Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities for our Account Executive team through your targeted and persistent outreach efforts.
  • Leverage our advanced internal tools and your AI-powered toolkit for multi-channel outreach, with a primary focus on impactful phone engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to contribute to the development and refinement of outreach strategies, messaging, and call scripts based on your experience and market feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous and insightful records in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to inform your approach.
  • Potentially mentor and share best practices with other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement (depending on experience).

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable success in a B2B SaaS Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role, consistently exceeding targets in a high-activity outreach environment.
  • A sophisticated understanding of how AI and data can transform sales processes, and a passion for leveraging these tools to maximize outreach effectiveness and strategic targeting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, persuasive, and consultative phone presence tailored for engaging senior executives.
  • Proven resilience and a strategic approach to overcoming objections in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills to rapidly understand complex prospect needs and qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement/dialling tools (e.g., Connect & Sell, Salesloft, Outreach), with experience in leveraging data for performance improvement.
  • A genuine passion for helping businesses grow, coupled with an ambition to excel and drive meaningful results.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas, particularly within sectors like logistics, finance, consulting, energy, and insurance.
