• Experience in business development with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Proactive, commercially minded with strong sales focus.
• Experience in sectors using wiring solutions (aerospace, defence, medical) is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products, processes and customer requirements.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Research markets, identify growth opportunities and develop new sales pipelines.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
