Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and sales in aerospace/defence or related sectors.
• Strong ability to identify and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business development strategy for Aerospace & Defence sectors.
• Identify new clients, markets, projects and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Lead or support responses to RFQs, tenders and framework opportunities.
• Develop proposals, presentations and capability statements.
