Contracts Advance Limited, a leading UK public sector procurement SaaS business, is seeking a Business Development Manager / Senior BDM in Bath. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving growth in a fast-paced environment with an attractive uncapped commission and a strong OTE.

The role offers hybrid working circa 1–2 days in the office per week, with a clear progression path to Senior BDM and ongoing training and development within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Receive qualified companies from data campaigns.

• Support prospects through the trial process.
• Create and manage proposals and contracts.
• Manage pipeline and CRM activity in HubSpot.
• Deliver against individual targets and KPIs.
