Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Northwest construction, rental, and HVAC sectors. You will manage digital solutions awareness, lead generation, and senior stakeholder engagement to grow profitability and market share.

You will own key accounts, develop new business, prepare proposals, present to customers, and travel to client sites across the Northwest, including Manchester. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, rental,HVAC sectors or similar.
• Full UK driving licence held.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the Northwest.
• Ideally based in Manchester, Liverpool, Chester or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital solutions awareness and lead generation.
• Engage customers to encourage profitability and growth.
• Manage existing key accounts and develop new business concepts.
• Prepare proposals and present to prospective customers.
• Hold regular key account meetings and complete tender documents.
• Conduct competitor analysis and participate in sales meetings.
