Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Northwest construction, rental, and HVAC sectors. You will manage digital solutions awareness, lead generation, and senior stakeholder engagement to grow profitability and market share.

You will own key accounts, develop new business, prepare proposals, present to customers, and travel to client sites across the Northwest, including Manchester. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Do you have Business Development experience within the construction machinery rentel / HVAC sectors or similar selling into the construction sector?

Our superb client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing division working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

As Business Development Manager, covering the Northwest of England, you will be responsible for driving digital solutions awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, to encourage profitability and growth, key account management of existing customers, establishing senior level contacts, proactively developing new business growth, identifying and developing new concepts and producing proposals, presenting to prospective new customers, hold regular key account meetings, completing tender documents, competitor analysis, attending sales meetings and all supporting sales duties.

As Business Development Manager you will have a background in construction / rental market / HVAC sectors. You will have a proven sales track record, will be results driven, customer focused, have a strong solutions sales understanding and experience, commercially aware with exceptional communication skills. You will also hold a full UK driving licence and will be willing to travel to customer sites across the Northwest of England. You will ideally be based in the Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Carlisle areas.

In return our client is offering a basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000, excellent bonus earning potential, car, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension and much more.
