Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team covering the East Anglia region in England. The role focuses on driving digital solutions awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, with Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

You will have a background in construction machinery rental or HVAC sectors, a proven sales track record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Background in construction / rental market / HVAC sectors.
• Proven sales track record.
• Results driven and customer focused with strong solutions sales understanding.
• Commercially aware with exceptional communication skills.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across the Northwest of England.
• Ideally based in the Cambridges Huntingdon, Peterborough areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital solutions awareness and lead generation.
• Engage customers to drive profitability and growth.
• Manage existing key accounts and develop new business.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective customers.
• Attend regular key account meetings and sales reviews.
• Complete tender documents and conduct competitor analysis.
• Attend sales meetings and support sales duties.
