Business Development Manager – Gaming Industry (Europe / Remote)

Description:

GenieLabs is an AI platform built for gaming studios to scale their content, from art and animation to localization. Since launching last year, GenieLabs has partnered with top-tier gaming studios like Zynga, Playtika, Playstudios, and others worldwide, generating substantial revenue. We’re now looking for a Business Development leader to join us early and own our growth in the European market.

This isn’t your average BD job, we’re looking for a true door-opener, a well-connected deal-maker who thrives in the gaming industry, knows how to navigate high-level relationships, and wants to grow with a startup on a fast track.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Use your existing network in gaming and entertainment to open new doors for GenieLabs.
  • Proactively build new relationships - not just directly, but by activating intros from your network and the people who can expand it.
  • Lead outreach, meetings, and closing with new gaming studios - from first intro to signed deal.
  • Position GenieLabs as a critical partner to studios: highlight our impact on LiveOps, content pipelines, art scaling, and monetization.
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy and be a key voice in our business direction.
What makes you a great fit:
  • 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales in the gaming industry or B2B SaaS for games.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you’re scrappy, proactive, and thrive in an environment where you build the process, not just follow one.
  • You’ve already opened doors and closed deals - and know the decision-makers (or how to reach them) - This is a must.
  • Fluent in English (any additional EU languages are a plus).
  • Independent, strategic, highly motivated - a true hunter.
  • Based in Europe or nearby time zones.
