About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our global expansion. You'll identify, engage, and onboard new customers—helping them unlock the full value of Ezoic's platform.

This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role that goes beyond cold contacting and taking orders. You'll manage everything from outreach and demos to onboarding, ensuring maximum adoption of our tech, and on to account handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify high-potential digital publishers
  • Craft tailored, compelling outreach and sales messages
  • Lead discovery calls and product demos
  • Communicate Ezoic's value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Onboard new clients and manage accounts during the first 45 days
  • Analyze performance data and troubleshoot early-stage issues
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team
  • Meet and exceed monthly new business quotas

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years' experience in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, AdTech or MarTech
  • A track record of closing deals and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions and use data insights
  • A resourceful, self-starting attitude and strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Ability to work in the UK legally
