You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into clear requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise, guide, and promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Experience in planning, scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of industry-wide modeling techniques.
• Ability to advise on techniques and approaches, influencing customer decisions.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
