JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing global organization that has been established for over 20 years.

You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders across all levels of the organization, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyse and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Plan and scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of a broad range of industry-wide modelling techniques.
• Advise on the choice of techniques and approaches and influence customers accordingly.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
