Jewson in Basingstoke is recruiting a Senior Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will build strong relationships with customers (face-to-face and over the phone), understand their needs, and provide proactive advice across our building materials range.

• In depth knowledge of building materials and merchant industry.
• Strong understanding of margins, pricing, and forecasting.
• Team player with a drive to exceed targets.
• Proven sales track record in a similar sector.

• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Understand local market to support sales growth plans.
• Use in-house systems to process orders and schedule deliveries.
• Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Get to know suppliers and seek opportunities to improve knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and leverage our solutions.
