Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to maximize customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers, face-to-face and over the phone, to deliver the best service.
• Understand the local market to support sales growth plans.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise deliveries and update customers.
• Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Learn about suppliers and identify opportunities to improve product knowledge.
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies including cross-selling and using our Project Estimator and Tool Hire.
