• Experience exceeding sales targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to improve customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers via face-to-face and phone.
• Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
• Learn the local market to support sales growth plans.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, organise delivery times and update customers.
• Maximise interactions to achieve sales and profit targets through upselling.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
