Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, in Redruth, is seeking a Sales Adviser for a full-time, site-based role. You’ll build relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone, using our in-house systems to process orders and coordinate deliveries.

You’ll maintain stock, keep the branch welcoming, and work with colleagues to improve service. A competitive salary plus 34 days holiday, pension, life assurance and more are on offer.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and phone interactions with customers.
• Ability to process customer orders and payments using in-house systems.
• Stock checking and regular stock counts.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to support customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide proactive advice.
• Use in-house systems to process orders and arrange deliveries.
• Keep the branch clean, tidy and presentable, and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvements.
