This is not simply a management position. We are looking for an experienced 360 estate agent who understands every aspect of the property industry and has the commercial drive, leadership ability and personality to make a real difference.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the branch team
• Driving sales and overall branch performance
• Maximising opportunities and ensuring every lead is followed through
• Managing and developing existing staff to achieve their full potential
• Providing strong leadership, coaching and day-to-day support
• Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Valuing properties and generating new business
• Winning instructions and identifying opportunities for growth
• Overseeing the full 360 estate agency process
• Monitoring KPIs, targets and individual/team performance
• Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives
• Ensuring the branch continues to build on its already excellent market position
• Being involved in local marketing, networking and business development

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ideally, you will have had experience as a:

Branch Manager Valuer Senior Negotiator 360 Estate Agent

You will need to be:

• A proven performer within residential estate agency
• Confident managing and motivating a team
• Commercially minded and target driven
• An excellent valuer and instruction winner
• Comfortable managing the complete 360 property process
• Positive, energetic and highly personable
• A natural leader who knows how to get the best out of people
• Confident dealing with clients, vendors, landlords and buyers
• Strong on communication and relationship building
• Comfortable with modern property marketing and social media
• A proactive \"go-getter\" who doesn't wait for opportunities - you create them

MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA

The successful candidate will also have a good understanding of modern estate agency marketing, including social media, online property marketing and creating a strong local presence.

You will understand that today's estate agent needs to be visible, proactive and engaged with the local community, not simply wait for business to walk through the door.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

• £30,000-£35,000 Basic Salary - depending on experience
• £65,000-£70,000 OTE - highly achievable
