Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager in the UK. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead staff, and maximise income from a range of property services. This role offers a competitive package and uncapped earning potential.

You must be driven, target-focused and capable of winning listings, coaching your team, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day estate agency business to maximise income and profit
• Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance
• Motivate, inspire, and coach your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
• Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price
• Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market
• Work closely with your team and agree a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers

• £30,000 Basic Salary


• Company Car or Car Allowance


• £55,000+ OTE Uncapped
