A global leader in insurance is seeking a Bordereaux Management Analyst in London. The role involves processing bordereaux, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in bordereaux management and strong knowledge of Lloyd’s regulatory standards. Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements.
Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards.
Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems.
Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux to internal systems.
Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches.
Resolve data and mapping queries from third party outsource partners.
Manage ELTO processing and audit reviews from end to end
Liaise with internal teams, including Underwriting, Finance/Credit Control and Claims, third party service providers, coverholders, broker and TPAs.
Work with Outwards Reinsurance to ensure annual RI renewal process is completed accurately
Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance.
Highlight and escalate persistent data or performance issues.
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI for internal reporting and committee papers.
Provide training to third party service providers and members of the London team where required
