A leading investment management firm in London is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage employee benefits programs across the UK and EMEA. The role involves vendor management, compliance oversight, and the development of communication materials related to benefits. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills. The compensation ranges from USD 80,000 to 150,000, with additional benefits and a flexible work environment, including 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the management and administration of employee benefits—including pension, insurance, wellbeing, and statutory programs—across the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, and Dubai. The role ensures accurate day‑to‑day delivery of benefit programs, strong vendor management, and compliance across a diverse regional footprint.

Base salary range for this position is: USD 80,000 - 150,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salaryis only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/or Incentives, if eligible.
