The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will be joining an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not mandatory.
This role involves being a central point of contact for the daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to company benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to ensure policy adherence, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings in the business.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home space, and their own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check is required for this role and will be reimbursed.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
