Job Description:

The One Group offers an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company leading in the financial services industry.

This is an initial 4-month contract with potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits and preferably some familiarity with EU benefits.

Responsibilities include being a central contact for UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).

A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
