The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader within the financial services industry.
You will be joining an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits, and it would be beneficial to have knowledge of EU benefits, though this is not a requirement.
This role involves being a central point of contact for the daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants to ensure policy adherence, and working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-based role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home space, and their own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. This is a fully remote role.
