The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not mandatory.
The role involves being a central contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, be able to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home space, and own IT equipment (minimum laptop).
A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
