A prestigious global financial services company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their benefits team. This fully remote, 4-month contract position involves managing UK and EU benefits programs and requires substantial experience. The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
You will join an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires a highly knowledgeable individual in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is advantageous but not mandatory.
The responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, be able to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and possess their own IT equipment, such as a laptop.
A DBS check is required for this role and will be reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
