The Team

The Global Benefits Team is a team of specialists that focuses on the Wellbeing and Benefits for our colleagues across the globe supporting 40 countries.

  • Manage benefits administration and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Coordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processes.
  • Support benefits programs involving the research and implementation of plans and programs as well as managing competitive benefits offered in the EMEA region.
  • Act as subject‑matter expert for all benefits queries and escalations while also providing guidance and support to various business units.
  • Work closely with external vendors, local leadership of the respective countries, HR partners and other functions to offer best‑in‑class benefits and service to our employees.
  • Support EMEA benefits projects and implementation–related projects from beginning to end, including benefits communication creation.
  • Develop and maintain policies and other documentation to educate all employees about the company’s benefits programs.
  • Plan and execute benefit‑related events such as fairs and webinars.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service delivery.
Basic Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of benefits administration and advisory experience or a similar related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders while understanding their needs.
  • Exposure to managing regulatory issues, tax and benefit plans.
  • Benefits project management skills; capable of managing multiple tasks in an organized manner while interacting with various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience. Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • A self‑starter who is motivated to achieve results while also being a team player.
  • Accurate with great attention to detail.
