A global leader in financial services is seeking a Benefits Specialist for an exciting 4-month contract with potential extension. This fully remote position involves managing UK and EU benefits operations, project planning, and compliance. This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with advantageous understanding of EU benefits (not mandatory).
The role involves being a central contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining stakeholder relationships, working with data to analyze and develop offerings.
Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum a laptop). A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
