The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader within the financial services industry.
You will join an initially 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
This role requires someone highly knowledgeable in UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is beneficial but not mandatory.
The role involves being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, be able to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and possess their own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
