Job summary

THG is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Beauty Subscriptions division in Manchester. You will own end-to-end analytics across subscriptions, trading, category and brand performance, building dashboards and reporting to empower commercial decisions.

You will write SQL queries, collaborate with the Engineering team on data models, and present insights to the Beauty commercial stakeholders. The role includes ownership of ad hoc requests and delivering high-quality analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial analytics, trading analytics, category management or similar
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong storytelling skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership

Responsibilities

• Own analytical projects across commercial performance of Subscriptions and related analytics.
• Develop and maintain commercial KPI reporting.
• Identify commercial opportunities and risks through data.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts.
• Build dashboards and reports that communicate performance clearly.
• Present findings to the Commercial Lead and stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc analytical requests from buying and trading teams.
