Job summary

THG Beauty in Manchester is hiring a Senior Analyst - Customer to own analytics across acquisition, retention, CRM and loyalty, translating data into actionable insights.

You will build customer segmentations and behavioral models, analyse marketing channel performance, and partner with Marketing, Brand and Data Engineering to drive growth.

A strong background in ecommerce analytics, storytelling, and independent end-to-end ownership is essential; familiarity with Tableau is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer analytics, CRM or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build complex queries.
• Experience with customer segmentation or lifecycle analytics.
• Strong storytelling to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and own end-to-end analyses.
• Experience with ecommerce analytics, conversion and site performance metrics.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the customer lifecycle—acquisition, retention, CRM and loyalty.
• Build segmentation, cohort analyses and behavioural models.
• Analyse marketing channel performance and MMM inputs.
• Develop and maintain customer KPI framework.
• Create dashboards and reports communicating customer performance.
• Present findings to stakeholders and manage ad hoc requests.
• Coach junior analysts and collaborate with Beauty, Marketing and Data Engineering.
