Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role leading target-driven teams.
• Proficient with Salesforce and data analytics to drive performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational energy.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the BDM team to understand targets and KPIs.
• Coach and develop BDMs through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Create and deliver weekly performance updates using stats and behaviours.
• Champion a high-performance culture with goal-setting, coaching and recognition.
• Ensure the team stays on track to hit sales targets and goals.
