Job summary

B&M Retail Sunderland is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor with energy and decisiveness. You will drive sales, coach your team, maintain high merchandising standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the store management team, you’ll cover days, evenings and weekends, stay ahead of daily pace, and take ownership of performance with hands-on leadership.

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
• Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards.
