Prodrive's Advanced Technology division is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and shape opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and specialist vehicle manufacturers across automotive and mobility sectors. This front-end role focuses on turning credibility into revenue.

You will lead cross-functional engagement with engineering, product planning and procurement, develop a robust pipeline, and represent Prodrive at customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical sales or business development within specialist vehicles or motorsport.
• Strong network with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and specialist vehicle manufacturers.
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems, smart actuation or intelligent vehicle features.
• Experience selling complex engineering, technology or manufacturing solutions.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues and customers.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute business development and account growth strategies across targeted customers and market sectors.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across OEM, Tier 1 and specialist vehicle customers.
• Increase awareness of Prodrive's capabilities within target OEM, Tier 1 and specialist vehicle customers.
• Generate and qualify opportunities from concept stage through to RFQ, via targeted approaches and referrals.
• Act as the customer's advocate within Prodrive, communicating needs to delivery teams.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting, reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and technical forums.
