Job summary

icotek Limited, based in Manchester, UK, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to own the Midlands/East Midlands territory and drive growth with new and existing customers.

You will identify opportunities, develop accounts, visit customers, and report activities in Salesforce, helping expand product adoption across industries. The role offers a company car and 100% remote working with home-office equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical B2B field sales.
• Track record of developing territories, winning new customers and growing accounts.
• Technical understanding of products and applications; electrical engineering knowledge beneficial.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, closing and relationship management capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard digital sales tools; Salesforce experience advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Territory Development: Own and develop the Midlands / East Midlands sales territory.
• Strategic Sales & Account Growth: Identify, approach and develop customers.
• Product & Industry Development: Identify product-related needs and industry requirements in the region.
• New Market Segments: Explore and develop selected new market segments within the territory.
• Customer Visits & Market Presence: Conduct regular on-site customer visits and regional networking.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and document sales activities.
• Participate in projects, team activities, online training portal and attend trade shows.
